I met Sarah in March 2009 at an open house she was hosting. I explained that I was thinking it was time to buy a house, but I didn't really know what to do next as I was a first time homebuyer.
We shared lots of laughs and I always felt that she wanted me to find the "right" place, even though I couldn't tell her what that was.
I will always remember her line "Can you see yourself living here?" Well I finally found a place where I can see myself living thanks to Sarah!

Being one who has studied the selling, strategy, and negotiation process for a number of years, as well as having trained a number of sale people and sales teams I tend to notice the dynamics of selling scenarios with more attention than most. Yesterday, on the third pass in the negotiations we reached a point where the family was ready to throw in the towel and walk and could have done so easily.
