As a couple residing in different locations we had very limited time and energy too put in to looking for a house. With both of us residing in different locations I had fears that the house hunting process would be very difficult. However with Sarah the vast
differences in location created no difficulties at all. Through email and phone conversations, Sarah was able too narrow down what my partner and I were looking for even though we were not hundred percent sure what that was.

Sarah was courteous, thoughtful and most importantly for us patient. She guided us through the whole process with utter confidence. And when the day came for us to go house hunting, with Sarah’s help we were able to find the house of our dreams in a
day. From the time we decided to buy the house at 5pm Sarah stayed with us and guided us through the process until 10:00pmwhen the final offer was put through. My husband and I met Carol during an open house at another property. First time meeting Carol you feel ‘you have known her forever.’ We felt comfortable with her so when we decided to list our home there was no one other than Carol! Her underlying philosophy: Carol sells your home and re-homes families….she does not simply sell property. She understands what ‘home’ means.

When I first decided to go house shopping it was really on a whim. I just wanted to go out and see a few places. I had only given a little thought the location and none of the other details. I was amazed at the information and helpful hints Sarah sent to help me refine and narrow down what I really want and what I need.
Though I am well versed in how the system for a mortgage works, through my job position. However, home buying was a very new experience for me. I don't know if it would have been as smooth without Sarah. No matter what hour I sent her an email, call or text she was always quick to respond.
She has been so great that she has now aided one of my friends in finding their dream home. I also have another two friends that are excited to get to work with her too.

We had been scouting around for home for a number of months before making the decision to put our house on the market.  We met you through a number of open houses and when it came time to list, you immediately came to mind.  You had exceptional knowledge on market conditions in the area we were selling as well as buying.  We found you to be very professional and ethical in all our dealings and you took the time to explain not only the details on the intricacies of purchase and sale, but why those details were important to us.

Needless to say, our sale went very smoothly.  Everything happened just as we had planned from the day we listed to the closing of the deal.  Our experience on the buying side was handled just as efficiently.  Your vast network of references for lawyers, inspectors, movers etc. made the experience seamless and we would not hesitate to recommend you and to use your services again when we decide to do it again.

As a first time buyer I didn't have a clue about the whole process. I was really excited about owning my first home and Stacy was excellent at keeping up with my whirl wind pace. It was a quick two weeks but I found my dream home. Stacy negotiated the price I wanted to pay and all the terms I was happy with. I still call her every now and then to get references for home related services and she keeps up to date with what's happening to property values in my area. She was awesome. She is my agent for life!
