Having been with Royal LePage for almost 25 years, Debbie White-Mills graduated in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree. She has been in many different capacities, ever since. From receptionist, deal secretary, administrator to Sales person, currently she is our Managing Broker and Operations Division Manager, who oversees all of the Brokerage's, staff, systems, marketing centre, as well as the administration office. This role ensures and implements new company policies as well as procedures, keeping up with current trends, rules and regulations as they change. This helps run the offices smoothly which in the end helps the sales force concentrate on their business. Helping you is what we do! | |

Gina Jeffers launched her real estate career in 1997 joining the, then corporately held, Royal LePage Brokerage office in Whitby. In 2007, after a hiatus from the business to raise her four children, Gina returned to the profession joining Royal LePage Connect Realty. Her aptitude, strong work ethic and true passion for the real estate industry gave her a solid foundation in the business, though she will be the first to tell you that the training and ongoing support she received from her Brokerage played an instrumental role in building the successful sales business she carved out for herself. Well-respected by both her clients and her peers as a consummate professional that is able to successfully navigate through challenging business situations, Gina brings an acquired blend of experience, professionalism and expertise as the Brokerage’s Sales Manager, there to assist and support you in creating your success story.
