“Adding Real Value to Our Neighbourhood”  is Heather Lemieux’s motto. 

Heather has lived her entire life in the “East End” of Toronto and currently resides in the fabulous Centennial/West Rouge Neighbourhood (South/East end of Scarborough). She is a dedicated, energetic, full-time professional Real Estate Sales Representative with over 25 years of Sales experience. She is committed to providing the service and attention her clients
need and deserve.
 
Heather has earned several awards throughout her career in Real Estate. She is a consistent achiever—awarded The Diamond Award, the Award of Excellence, the Presidential Gold Award and  Directors Platinum for outstanding sales success combined with dedication to satisfying the needs of her clients. The Diamond Award is granted to the top 3% of all Royal LePage Sales Professionals in Canada. The Award of Excellence is Awarded to Sales Representatives who have maintained within in the top 10% of all Royal LePage sales professionals five out of seven consecutive years.
 
Heather has sold over 99% of the homes she has listed! She is a master at offer negotiation. She has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation which allows her to meet the unique needs of the older home owner. SRES® is an extensive training designation awarded from NAR (National Association of Realtors) focusing on the real estate needs of the 50 plus and mature demographic. Royal LePage has the exclusive rights to offer this valuable and Canadian version of this course. Heather has also completed the Relocation Pro Course—a course designed to help your relocation go as smoothly as possible.
